Who is Yamato in One Piece?

Yamato is the son of Kaidou. Born as Kaidou’s daughter and groomed from a young age to be his heir, Yamato instead developed a profound admiration for the legendary samurai Kozuki Oden. After Oden’s death, Yamato became like him, impersonating him and adopting his mannerisms.

Who would win, Yamato (One Piece) or Boa Hancock?

Based on feats, I’d go with Yamato. She knocked out Hybrid form Ulti (who would force Luffy to use the Gear 4) with her Thunder Bagua. At base, Ulti is relative to base form Luffy. (But he was downplaying them, to be honest).

Yamato also managed to hold off her father. She has conqueror’s haki. And it looks like she also knows how to cover her attacks with it. Something that, according to Kaido, only a few strong people can use.

Yamato is pretty damn strong. But to be honest, Boa is the leader of a nation known around the world as influential haki users, and also because she has conqueror’s haki.I’d expect this to be a good fight. Still, I’m going with Yamato in this. Hugs from Garp.

How powerful is Yamato in One Piece? Is she as strong as a Yonko Commander?

So Yamato the son of Kaido. She possesses the fruit named Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami. This fruit is a Mythical Zone that allows you to transform into a mythical white beast; in it’s hybrid form, it wears a cold aura from its shoulder to its back.

Like a regular loan, this fruit enhances your overall speed and strength when transformed. This fruit allows you to generate cold air from within the body, exhale a cold breath, and use it for attacks. You can run at high speeds in its beast form while getting covered in cold air.

You can also cover your body with a thin layer of ice, which can help defend you from incoming attacks. Not only does she have a stupidly overpowered devil fruit, but she also has all three forms of Haki, having both Arnament and Conqueror’s Haki.

We can see her Arnament Haki, but I wonder if she uses the Advance form, aka Ryou. But she uses Conqouer’s Haki, as we see in her fight with Kaido. Although we have not seen her using Observation Haki, It’s not too surprising if she does possess this ability

We have also seen her fighting on equal grounds with Ace By then, Ace was already stronger than Jinbe and was even strong enough to tank a full-on Conquerer’s Haki-coated attack from WB. This was already a feat better than a Gear 4th Luffy at the beginning of Wano.

If we remember, Luffy got blitzed by Kaido Devine Thunder, which was coated In Conqueror’s Haki. During this time, Kaido would be comparable to WB because he is stable on his meds. So fighting equal grounds with Ace is already a very impressive Feat, but in her base form, she manages to injure Green Bull, which is NOT A FRAUD and is just as strong as the other Admirals.

Many people would downplay her because of Green Bull wrapping her with vines; even tho it’s been said multiple times that Momo told her not to do anything. However, Yamato’s main feats come from her fight with Hybrid Kaido. She admitted she couldn’t defeat him, but She was still thriving in holding him back using her hybrid form.

She manages to trade hits with Kaido and Conqueror’s Haki. She is using her abilities to cancel out Kaido’s attacks. He even canceled his Blast breath. And it was even overwhelming him with speed. She even managed to make Kaido Bleed.

All of these feats make Yamato a compelling character, and One Piece did not even and yet her dream is to be one day be like Kozuki Oden, so maybe she will achieve that dream and even surpass Oden, which we know manages to fight with legendary characters like WB and Roger. I would rank her at the Mid Yonko commander level so far.

Who would win, Yamato (One Piece) or King (One Piece)?

THIS WOULD BE A GREAT FIGHT, BUT YAMATO WINS – King is no weakling. I mean, he is the highest-ranking member of the Beast Pirates. (I’m going to keep this fight short and straightforward. Not by choice but more due to my limited knowledge)

“Yamato is the son of Kaido, so it is no surprise that he also possesses the power to use Conqueror’s Haki. Yamato awakened this power at the age of 8 and has, since then, been training it. By 28, Yamato is one of the most robust Conqueror’s Haki users.

How can I get a physique like Leon Edwards with just calisthenics?

Furthermore, Yamato can now use the advanced form of Conqueror’s Haki, which allows him to coat himself and his weapons. In the fight against Kaido, Yamato could hold his own and even make him bleed.”

Yamato could fight Kaido (who wasn’t holding back) in a 1v1 for a long time. I mean, that feat in itself proves that she’s superior to King. I can see King having less success or lasting as long as she did.

Kaidou himself acknowledged her strength and value as a soldier. She couldn’t defeat her father but managed to prevent him from rejoining the war until Luffy returned.

She even managed to wound Kaidou a few times. That’s a feat, as we all know how strong Kaido is.

In the past, Yamato could clash against Ace on equal ground – Ace acknowledged Yamato’s abilities, saying he could not believe someone as strong as her was not the captain and getting upset that Yamato could not join his crew. This is the same Ace who could consistently leave burns on Whitebeard’s body during his earlier days as a pirate, showing that he shouldn’t be too inferior because of his durability.

Regarding physical powers, Yamato is swift and durable – She could endure multiple shots from cannons and emerge relatively uninjured. She could withstand the attacks of Luffy’s second and third gear and match his agility. She also broke through the armor of the Beasts Pirates’ Armored Corps.

Then we have her Devil fruit, which increases her speed of attack and makes her more agile and durable. Her devil fruit also allows her to use the powers of ice that she can either use to increase her offensive output or as a shield. Her ice breath is powerful enough to cancel out Kaido’s flame burst.

Yamato is one of the few people worldwide who can use all three forms of Haki- Haoshoku Haki, Busoshoku Haki, and Kenbunshoku Haki. I won’t go into details here.

How strong is Kaido’s daughter Yamato in One Piece? Is she around the All-Star level?

Yeah, maybe. She is… He is powerful and has excellent potential as Kaido’s son, daughter, or whatever. Remember that we have not seen him at full strength because Yamato appears to have eaten a Zoan-type Devil Fruit.

The exact animal species is unknown as Yamato has never fully transformed yet; however, before being interrupted, Yamato’s teeth transformed into fangs when the transformation began.

Therefore, we must determine the limits of Yamato’s strength and overall capabilities. Yamato possesses a vast amount of raw strength resembling Kaido, capable of wielding his large and heavy kanabo to knock out powerful foes with little to no effort.

Yamato wields his giant kanabo much like Kaido, his father, and the “World’s Strongest Creature,” who possesses an unfathomable level of brute strength and has been noted for his borderline indestructible body.

Coupled with Yamato’s immense strength, the kanabo can wreak tremendous damage to objects and opponents with a single hit, and with Yamato’s strength and Haki, it can be used to perform flying strikes that resemble energy blasts.

In addition to the Kanab being a powerful blunt weapon, Yamato has masterful technique with it, capable of moving it to counter Luffy’s rapid attacks with little effort.

Yamato is a user of Busoshoku Haki, as evidenced by them imbuing their hand and kanabo with it while preparing to attack Hatcha, resulting in a lightning-like effect.

Yamato can use this Haki to an advanced degree, projecting it a great distance forward and hitting faraway opponents with tremendous force with a simple kanabo swing. Honestly, Yamato is an absolute beast, and yet we’ve only seen a glimpse of his overall strength.

Yamato holds immense admiration for the legendary samurai Kozuki Oden, emulating every aspect of him, including his name, appearance, goals, and even his gender, reasoning that, since Oden was a man, it was also necessary to become a man.

Where would you rank Dog Dog Fruit Makami of Yamato in power scaling in One Piece?

One Piece chapter 1020 spoilers ahead!!! It’s time to delve into some mythology!!! Makami is a wolf. It has traditionally been worshipped as a sacred beast.

Having eaten many people, an old wolf living in Makaminohara of the Asuka area in Yamato province (present-day Nara Prefecture) was revered for its ferocity and worshipped as a guardian deity who would protect crops against wild boars and deer.

Yamato province – Yamato – Makami = Classic Oda Makami was worshipped as a deity who would understand human words, know the nature of each human being, protect the good, and punish the wicked.

Makami had a solid power to protect people against evil, particularly against hardships caused by fire and robbery. The fruit and the dialogue between Yamato and Kaido in this and the past chapters fit perfectly with the above description.

I am now coming back to power scaling. Since many fruits are in different classes, I will only rank the Makami fruit among the Mythical Zoans. We also need to learn more about the fruit’s powers.

As of now, including Yamato’s Devil Fruit, there are a total of 6 Mythical Zoans. Let’s get Kaido’s Devil Fruit out of the way since we know it is the strongest.

Next up is Sengoku’s Devil Fruit. He can create massive shockwaves in his giant Golden Buddha form, and they rival the power of Gura Gura no mi, so it’s damn strong. Other than that, we know nothing else about it.

Marco’s Devil Fruit grants him healing abilities and flight. He is coming to Orochi. His Devil Fruit is overpowered. According to Japanese mythology, Orochi is an eight-headed serpent known to enjoy alcohol and human flesh.

Orochi(Yamato no Orochi) can spray fire and fire beams from the eyes and withstand a great deal of punishment and sever most of its heads. It’s just that Orochi is such a coward that he cannot use such a powerful Devil Fruit to the fullest.

Catarina Devon has a Devil Fruit called the Dog Dog Fruit Model: Nine-Tailed Fox. The foxes are often tricksters, and the fox’s powers in mythology include illusions, shapeshifting (particularly to human form), possession, and the ability to use fox fire. Since Catarina has already transformed into Absolam, we can assume she also has all the above powers.

What is the difference between a pit bull and a Staffordshire terrier?

Unfortunately, I have not found anything related to the powers of the Makami, so we do not know much about its powers yet. We know that Yamato can use some ice-based abilities, and they were powerful enough to cancel Kaido’s Blast Breath.

If I were to rank just the fruit, I would place it at the bottom of the table because we know little about it. However, if I were to rank the Devil Fruit users themselves, I would place her in 3rd place along with Marco. She is fighting Kaido 1v1 and has been fighting for about three chapters.

While writing this answer, I realized that Oda doesn’t just give random Devil Fruits to random people. The powers of the Devil Fruit/history behind it perfectly describe the user’s personality.

Can Yamato beat King Arber one piece?

And let Zoro stop Kaido for 5 minutes cause with all his might attack, he could only re-open the wound, but he defeated King… But in the case of Yamato, she fought with Kaidowith toe to toe until Luffy came back, and it took a lot of time, meaning Yamoto could hold Kaido more than Zoro

takes a lot of time. Yamato should take this comfortably. She can finish him quickly when King gives her an opening.

What is the devil fruit of Yamato and her powers in One Piece?

In chapter 996, Yamato begins what appears to be a transformation, gaining sharp fangs before being interrupted. I think Yamato ate the mythical zoan-type devil fruit Neko Neko no Mi, Model: White Tiger.

In Chinese mythology, Dragons have a mortal enemy, the Tiger. Tigers were said to be on equal footing with Dragons and were similar beings in terms of strength and will but very different regarding values.

Many people also pointed out that Kanjuro’s Ryunosuke drawing hinted at Kaido’s dragon form, but after that, what did he draw? A tiger, on top of the dragon, as if they were fighting. Yamato has a Tiger Zoan Devil Fruit (maybe even a mythical tiger), and he will be integral to taking down Kaido.

How strong is Kaido’s daughter Yamato in One Piece? Is she around the All-Star level?

She’s mighty. She shows that she is at least at the top commander level on the low end of the spectrum, while on the high end, she can be on the admiral tier.

She has the pedigree and blood of the highest bounty pirate in the world and the strongest creature, being his only child. She’s 28, around Jack’s age, but she is at least on King’s level.

Haki-wise, she has been stated to possess all three types and two advanced applications in armament and conquerors. She is also one of the youngest to awaken Haki at age 8, losing out to BM slightly at age 5. Other young users like Doffy and Ace were age 10.

Her devil fruit is a mythical zoan, the strongest and rarest of the Zoan subtypes and rarer than loggias. She is the literal personification of a ‘deity.’ So narratively and set up wised, she is written to hold great powers. She possesses either ice or fire breath, which can negate Kaido’s own Boro Breath. It isn’t far-fetched to say that she might be awakened. Lastly, she also has a hybrid form, combining the powers of a predatory and mythical creature.

Her endurance, technique, speed, and experience should also be paragon and exemplary since she has the luxury of fighting a Yonko numerous times, with each failure making her stronger. She also continued fighting Kaido despite being bashed repeatedly by him, lasting longer than the initial Luffy.

Now, carrying on someone’s willpower also strengthens one in one piece. She carries on her own will, the three legendary samurais in chapter 1024, Oden, and even a little of Kaido’s will to create the biggest war the world has ever seen if she joins the straw hats.

Her Thunder Bagua could clash evenly with Hybrid Kaido’s, which was said to be unsurpassed. Some people say it is hypobole, but Kaido is a man of his word and respect. It would be incredibly disrespectful if he did not respond in kind to his child’s determination and his long-lost rival name carrier. Furthermore, Yamato has the most right to say that Kaido is going all out since she has fought him countless times before.

Other feats include One shooting a Giant and knocking out an Ancient Zoan User who has insane durability—quickly fighting Haki-infused Gear 2+3 Luffy while still in handcuffs and fighting Ace, a second commander level person while wearing sea stone handcuffs four years ago.

Yamato is a character in the manga and anime series “One Piece,” created by Eiichiro Oda. Yamato is introduced during the Wano Country Arc, a significant storyline in the series. Yamato is the child of Kaido, one of the Yonko (four Emperors), and is initially introduced as Kaido’s son.

Yamato is a prominent figure in the Wano Country Arc and plays a significant role in unfolding events. Without delving into spoilers for those who may not have caught up with the series, Yamato’s character is known for having a strong will and aspirations that differ from those of their parent, Kaido.

Yamato’s introduction and development have added depth to the narrative, and the character has become an integral part of the ongoing story in “One Piece.” Remember that the series may have progressed since my last knowledge update in January 2022, so there may be additional developments related to Yamato’s character in the more recent chapters and episodes.

At what temperature does honey catch on fire?

Why is Yamato’s place in One Piece’s global popularity poll a huge deal?

She became super popular because of her looks… She was always referred to as Son/Master by Kaido and others, so we expected it to be a gnarly man… But, she ended up looking like this

Moreover, due to her history with Ace and her openly expressing to join Straw Hats, the fandom has gone bonkers to see a female finally joining the crew after such a long time and someone who can challenge even the big 3 of the crew in terms of strength.

And finally, in the recent chapters, her devil fruit is revealed, which takes her over-the-top popularity to new heights…

So, to conclude, she is a character who isn’t popular because of her feats but due to hype of what she could be and her looks. If she was someone who looked like Shinobu (the current one) or the character was a male who looked like Orochi, everyone would have brushed past her like a nobody.

What is the current power level of Yamato from One Piece? How does this compare to other characters, such as Kaido and Whitebeard?

She is most likely in-between Admiral and Top Yonko Commander. Yamato can use the advanced form of Conqueror Haki during her clash with ex-Yonko Kaida and then later Admiral Ryokugyu. But she’s not nearly as proficient as Luffy, Kaido, or Big Mom.

I do not believe that Yamato is stronger than Yonko Commander King or Queen if we solely make the case on her skill to use advanced Conquerors Haki.

Even though her devil fruit ability has been shown to match Kaido’s hybrid form if, even for a short while, it isn’t something the two Yonko Commanders could deal with. I will briefly compare her against Kaido’s Top Commanders so that you can understand where she may stand.

King’s primary defense and offense is his ability to produce flames. His advantage against most of his opponents is his ability to fly (possibly at sonic speeds), which comes from his devil fruit.

Yamato’s Inu Inu no Mi: Okuchi no Makami devil fruit can produce ice. However, looking back at Pre-Time Skip, Ace’s fire has been shown to melt Aokiji’s ice instantly. It was shown similarly when Yamato held off Kaido. Kaido’s smaller blast breath vaporized her glacier breath.

King can similarly produce the same level of fire and generate massive amounts of more excellent heat like that of Kaido’s Dragon form Blast Breath. The QueenQueen is near the same fighting level as the King. His specialty, however, is not just within his zoan devil fruit but his skill to replicate all of Sanji’s brother’s abilities.

So, Queen’sQueen’s continuous attacks can be pretty challenging to handle. He’s a walking Pacifista + Germa 66 + the most giant Ancient Zoan dinosaur. He’d still be a difficult opponent for Yamato to take on.

Yamato is one of One Piece’s strongest characters. But she’s probably still had time to develop and become more substantial. Her devil fruit ability needs more control, and she has strong Haki prowess. She needs some time to train. Current Yamato is still below Kaido, let alone Whitebeard, in terms of fighting skill and Haki prowess.

What makes you like Yamato in One Piece?

Well, she is highly likable. She has been a hostage like a stereotypical princess in her whole life. And because the late and great Kozuki Oden wanted to free her and everyone, she got inspired.

Even though it’s been confirmed Yamato is she/her by Eiichiro Oda himself, she presented herself as Oden in all but in a name because she look up to Oden so inspiredly.

She saw the good around her in Oden and fully committed to spreading it even after it was gone. She has a super cool Devil Fruit power, which many people will love. The Dog-Dog Fruit, Model Okuchi-no-Makami (Large-Mouthed True/Pure God), allows her to transform into a hybrid and complete version of an ancient wolf deity at will.

  • Yamato’s Human-Beast Form
  • Yamato’s Beast Form

She’s an absolute female powerhouse, one of the strongest female characters in One Piece, tying with Boa Hancock and Big Mom. Yamato is also defined by her strong motivation to take down her father, and her history goes further than the story arc in which she’s currently taking part.

Her design is intriguing if you ask me, especially the colored themes around her. She is very tomboyish because he is a female Luffy, which is quite noticeable. Coincidentally, Yamato immediately fonds Luffy because her best friend, the late and great Portgas D. Ace, talks passionately about his adopted brother. She sees Luffy as the key to her dream of freeing Wano and herself since she wants to explore the world with the man with a straw hat who would change her life for the better.

And if you ask me personally, I highly disliked the idea of Carrot joining. So when another strong, powerful female contender for the spot in the Straw Hat Pirates, I chose her side over Carrot’s, and Yamato did not disappoint me.

Who is more potent in One Piece, Yamato, or Zoro?

Yamato has the upper hand. Based on strength, she is more potent than Zoro. Also, she has the mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, Inu Inu no Mi, which allows her to fight toe-to-toe with Kaido.

Also, the most important thing is that she inherited the Supreme King Haki, and in the recent chapter, we witnessed that she even has control over the Advanced Conqueror Haki.

Does One Piece/Oda support LGBTQ? Why does Luffy use he/him pronouns for a female Yamato?

Yamato identifies as Kozuki Oden. Yamato uses masculine terms of self-reference, so Luffy follows suit. While Oda’s most prominent depiction of trans women, exemplified by Ivankov and the Okama, isn’t exactly the most flattering/progressively minded, Oda also has them *universally.

What is a rainbow kiss?

Presented in a positive light; they’re on the side of the Revolutionaries, and Ivankov is one of the stronger characters in the series in addition to being a reference to Dr. Frankenfurter from The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Similar points apply to Bon Clay; he’s goofy and queer-coded, but he also notably changes sides at the end of Alabasta, sacrifices himself so the Strawhats can flee, and later apparently goes down fighting in one of the most badass moments in the series during Impel Down… only to be revealed later to have survived and taken control of the secret NewKamaLand.

Furthermore, the Wano arc introduced OKiku/Kikunojou, one of Kozuki Oden’s Nine Red Scabbard retainers. Kiku explicitly states that she’s “a woman at heart” and uses feminine pronouns in Japanese most of the time *except* when speaking very formally, where she uses masculine pronouns for samurai to declare her identity.

While not the strongest of the Red Scabbards, she is still a potent fighter and self-explanatory Trans representation, one that isn’t a gag in any way. Furthermore, Oda needs todoesn’t fall into the conventions of queer-coding his villains. It would be fair to say that Oda is an ally.

Why doesn’t Kaido have a son instead of forcing his will on Yamato?

Kaido didn’t force Yamato to be his “son.” Yamato chooses to identify as a man of her own free will because her role model, Oden, was a man.

Yes, Kaido is trying to force his will upon Yamato, but at the very least, he doesn’t discriminate about what gender his child is. Say what you want; the dude is more progressive than some modern-day people.
